Dr. Potyondy was born in Budapest,
but grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles after his
parents immigrated to the United States.
Dr. Potyondy’s credentials attest to his commitment
to excellence. After
completing
a Bachelor of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude and
Phi Beta Kappa honors at the University of California,
he completed a medical degree from Loma Linda University
in Southern California.
At this point, he pursued General Surgery training at
the Huntington Memorial Hospital, a University of
Southern California affiliate in Pasadena, CA. This was
followed by completion of advanced residency training in
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic
Foundation in Fort Lauderdale, where he learned the
latest techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive
surgery.
Dr. Potyondy has been prolific in his contributions
to clinical research in the field of both cosmetic
surgery and plastic surgery. He has published several
ground breaking papers. His latest publication in the
Aesthetic Surgery Journal focuses on the benefits and
applications of biotechnology in the field of cosmetic
surgery. He has been featured on NBC news as a
respected and trusted name in the field of Aesthetic
Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Potyondy is a devoted family man. He enjoys
exercising and traveling with his wife of 7 years and
their dog Sophie.
