during your procedure. This helps maintain the
serenity of the environment as well as allowing
everyone uninterrupted service. Please
remember, the professionals in the facility are
extremely busy providing their services and
cannot stop producers or consultations in order
for patients to answer cell phone calls.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift Cards are available for purchase online
(from $5 to $1,000) with secure online payment
through PayPal at Lite Touch Medical Spa’s
gift certificate
page. It’s Secure, Quick, and Easy.
Cancellations
As a courtesy, one of our concierges will give
you a reminder call the day before to confirm
your appointment. If we do not speak directly
to you then a message will be left if that
option is available. It is still your
responsibility to remember your appointment. As
a courtesy to other clients and the technician,
appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in
advance otherwise you will be charged $50.
Late Arrivals
If a patient arrives late to their appointment
at Lite Touch Medical Spa, the Spa would still
perform any procedures wanted by the patient as
long as their treatment time does not overlap
with another patient’s appointment. If the
appointments do overlap, the late patient then
has the option to reschedule their appointment
or wait until the patient who was there for
their appointment on time to be treated.
Customer Support for Medical Spa Products
Lite Touch Medical Spa staff will no longer
provide “ADVICE” regarding use of products
purchased outside our facility. This includes
skin care products purchased from the Internet,
other spa’s, etc. We are committed to patient
safety and cannot guarantee the quality of
products sold outside our facility. If any of
our patients have a reaction and Lite Touch
Medical Spa knows that the patient purchased
products by Internet, Lite Touch Medical Spa
will be clear of any responsibility resulting
from this incident and the Spa will not be held
responsible in any way for the reaction. We
care about you and our society.
Product Returns
If you were to have a reaction to a product or a
product is unopened, bring the product within 7
days and you will receive an in-store credit
towards you next purchase or service. All
sales for services are final.
Package Returns
To return a package you must follow the
instructions below:

If you think you are having a reaction with one
of our procedures you need to make an
appointment with our doctor as soon as possible
so she can evaluate your condition. If the
diagnostic becomes positive, Lite Touch Medical
Spa will provide a full refund of your package.

If the diagnostic becomes positive, Lite Touch
Medical spa has the right to deduct services
already given and you will be charged 15% of the
total for our expertise time and services.
Valuables
Lite Touch Medical Spa is not responsible for
any lost or stolen items while you are at the
Spa. We encourage you to leave any valuables at
home the day of your procedures. Furthermore,
we will always ask you to take off any jewelry
that might interfere with the procedure, so
please be sure you have a place to store any
valuables that might have to be removed prior to
service.
