Coming from the west on Rt. 50, turn
right on the second Pleasant Valley Road (also
called 609 on GPS). Lafayette Business Center
will be on the corner. Travel exactly 4/10th
a mile and you will see the large brick mansion
house on the left. The medical spa is in the
brick building behind the house on the 2nd
floor. The address is 4211 Pleasant Valley Road,
Suite 200.

Pleasant Valley Road (also called 609 on GPS) on
the left. Lafayette Business Center will be on

west to Exit 53B Rt 28 North. Follow 28 North
(towards Dulles Airport) and take the Rt. 50
